  1. This will merge a list which you will select into the list in memory.

  5. The list will now be checked for duplicate records.

  7. The memory block allocated for the list may have to be enlarged to complete the merge.

  9. Click ‚ÄúYes‚Äù to try the Merge or ‚ÄúNo‚Äù then quit Address Book, select its icon and use the File Menu ‚ÄúGet Info‚Äù to increase the memory preferred size to at least
